Health Insurance Recommendation

Please see the attached .pdf file of the presentation made to the general assembly on March 26.

The recommendation is for Duke to contract with United Healthcare/StudentResources. The recommendation also comes with serveral plan changes such as a copay schedule. There will be an included dental discount plan and an optional dental insurance.

Vision Plan?

I don't see anything about a vision plan other than who the providers are... The pamphlets title is "Dental Plan" and only dental benefits are described, with a directory of optometry and laser correction providers at the end.  Is there a single monthly fee for both dental and vision?  More information please... :)
