(Faculty Commons) in the West Union. We change to "the Faculty AV room(304)" this time. It's still in the same building and on the same floor as "the Taylor-Cole room(305C)".

Why:

The Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) organizes a series of lunches, The Administrator Lunch Series, as an opportunity for interested graduate and professional students to meet with Duke administrators in an informal setting. The event will host approximately 14 graduate and professional students with one featured Administrator for an hour-long free lunch/discussion period in the Faculty Commons room in the West Union building.

This time, the invited administrator is Jacqueline Looney, the Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Associate Vice Provost for Academic Diversity. She is the senior administrator for the Office of Graduate Student Affairs(GSA) and responsible for collaborating with graduate departments, student organizations, and other administrative units to provide services that enhance the academic, social, personal, and cultural needs of graduate students. You could check out http://gradschool.duke.edu/gsa/ to know more about her. You're welcome to discuss any issue related to her work or simply have lunch with her to listen to his story.

Please RSVP to jesse.yang@duke.edu by Nov 10. The event is free and open to all graduate and professional students but can only host the first 14 replies.
